Job Description:
Accounting Clerk Temp-Hire
Our client is in immediate need of an Accounting Clerk onsite at their Tulsa location.
Duties
Answering phones (a primary duty) 10-15 calls/hour. You will sit at the front desk area and wil be greeting customers and other business visitors.
Invoice customers - work closely with the shipping department
Verify total invoice shows same as packing list. Add freight where needed.
Minor filing
Good computer skills, excel and Windows 10
Good customer service skills, pleasant/friendly
Answering phones, invoicing, billing experience preferred
