Strategic Enrollment and Student Success staff ensures the university is providing effective and efficient services through collaboration with college and campus staff, including deans, faculty, and student services personnel, as well as community stakeholders, to design and deliver high quality, innovative, and flexible support services to military-connected students. Description of Work Continued:: Primary Purpose of the Position: Serves as one of four Veteran School Certifying Officials for Fayetteville State University's main campus. Assist VA students/dependents in applying for educational benefits. Responsible for interpreting and explaining VA regulations and analyzing how VA policy changes impact FSU's policies and procedures to design and implement solutions for the organization and processing of VA benefits. Provides excellent customer service to support Bronco military-connected students. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Knowledge skills and abilities::
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications::
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
Experience working in a college setting
Working knowledge of computer programs
