What will your job look like?

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for validating, accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data. This role requires excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information. Data Entry Clerks play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data for business operations.

Location:  This position is located on-site at 4525 E University Dr, Phoenix AZ 85034

Hourly rate: $16/hr

What you’ll do:


  • Review, validate and track data through GPS and video footage

  • Enter and update data accurately into computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases

  • Analyze complex data to root out fraud, waste and abuse

  • Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information as needed

  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Retrieve and organize information from files, records, or documents as required

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data

  • Complete DCS billing invoices using multiple sources to compile required data

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies

  • Manage and maintain physical or digital records, ensuring proper filing and backup

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by using appropriate internal tools. i.e. Cameras, GPS, and/or dispatch system

  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations pertaining to client and customer information 

  • Escalate any issues pertaining to data compliance 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required 

What you’ll need: 

Experience, Education & Certifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles

  • 1 year customer service experience

Skills:


  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of data privacy policies and best practices

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Keen analytical and observation skills

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and collaborate effectively with a team

  • Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers)

  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Regular attendance is required
