What you will enjoy doing*


  • The Senior Manager, Inclusion plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of inclusion, belonging, and engagement across Linde

  • This position supports implementation, management, and execution of key inclusion programs, fostering external partnerships, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements

  • In this role you will work closely with the business and HR leaders across all functions and business units to design and drive strategic initiatives that embed inclusion throughout the talent acquisition, development, and retention processes

  • Additionally, this role partners with HR and leadership teams to seamlessly integrate inclusive practices into every phase of the employee lifecycle and talent management strategy


  • Inclusion Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regional/functional inclusion strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives

  • Lead the execution of inclusion programs focused on fostering an inclusive culture, attracting top talent, identifying high potential talent, enhancing employe engagement

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of inclusion strategies and programs, ensuring inclusivity in leadership pipelines and career development initiatives

  • Talent Lifecyle Integration

  • Collaborate with HR leaders to integrate Linde’s inclusion principles into employee lifecycle processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, retention and offboarding

  • Partner with talent acquisition teams across all functions and business units to identify and implement strategies that attract top talent that reflects the communities in which Linde operates

  • Inclusive Culture & Employee Enablement

  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), by providing guidance, sponsorship and resources to advance their mission and amplify their impact

  • Deliver training, tools, programs, support to employees at all levels to foster Linde’s inclusive culture (belonging and engagement)

  • External Partnerships & Benchmarking

  • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, industry networks and community partners to enhance Linde’s visibility and commitment to inclusion

  • Benchmark best practices, leverage resources, and apply research and innovation to advance inclusion efforts

  • Leverage data insights to measure effectiveness of current programs and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement

  • Compliance & Reporting


  •  Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the Americas

  • Develop and present periodic reporting on key initiatives and programs, key metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders


What makes you great


  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, or related field is required

  • You will need a minimum 5 year of relevant HR experience or strategic initiative experience

  • Strong data driven, insights & thought leadership to diagnose opportunities and actionable plans

  • Results oriented and accustomed to working with limited budgets and resources

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to translate evidence-based strategy to actionable plans that drives culture and behaviors

  • Strong organizational analytical, time management and prioritization skills

  • Business acumen; focused on driving outcomes not actions

  • Ability to successfully multitask and work well under pressure with competing deadlines in a high-exposure corporate environment

  • Success in interfacing with and influencing senior leader

  • Exceptional time management skills
