Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking a Fielding Coordinator to provide support to the Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support Branch.
The fielding Coordinator performs property management tasks associated with the fielding of tactical radio communication systems to Army units.
The Fielding Coordinator is responsible for tracking and forecasting all past, current, and future fielded tactical equipment.
This position maintains, tracks, and archives all tactical radios and kit configurations. Kits include all vehicle installation kits on various US Army tactical vehicles for tactical radios.
The Fielding Coordinator will coordinate and assist with all TR procurement actions to support Material Fielding and labs.
This position tracks DA prioritization and funding for TR fielding efforts, fielding schedule, fielded radios by unit and location and National level Tactical inventory.
This position will establish and implement all processes to track all equipment to include DD250 acceptance, TYAD stock, fielding stock, and laboratory equipment, and loans to other organizations in order to maintain total asset visibility.
Responsible for adherence with Army Regulation 700-142 Material Fielding regulation in the execution of fielding activities.
Ensure that all property accountability discrepancies are properly reconciled and that property books are properly maintained.
Responsibilities
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Current active DoD Secret Clearance.
Minimum ten (10) years' relevant experience and understanding in the field of acquisition logistics and sustainment support.
Hands on experience and training Army Property Book Management and Army Regulation 700-142.
Experience must include familiarity with US Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) to include Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) , Logistics Management Plan (LMP), and Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
Experience with US Army Material fielding of C4ISR systems.
Knowledge of maintaining inventories and experience forecasting high distribution of systems fielded to many different types of tactical unit formations and platforms.
Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases is essential.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
This position requires familiarity with US Army tactical formation in support of the US Army Campaign Plan.
