Your Role:



As a Truck Operator 1 with MilliporeSigma, you will operate box trucks, tractor trailers, and forklifts to move a combination of chemicals and components between the St. Louis MilliporeSigma facilities and 3PL warehouses. This position is a Monday-Friday day shift, that is strictly local deliveries and pickups. This position is directly responsible for ensuring MilliporeSigma compliance with DOT regulations. Specific responsibilities include:

• Ensure the safe movement of hazardous material


• Provide outside customer support


• Perform multiple warehouse functions at various sites as needed

Physical Attributes:

• Lifting of up to 50 lbs

Who You Are:




Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED


• Class A CDL license


• 1+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle


• 1+ years of Forklift operator experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat, EAP and drug and alcohol certification


• Class A CDL license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and airbrake restriction lifted


• Experience working with SAP and/or SAP Next or any warehouse management system


• knowledge of warehousing and inventory processes


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a team and independently
