Job Description Summary: The Coordinator CRM Operations will be responsible for assisting with overall system administration including data management, analysis, reporting, and developing/enforcing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the day-to-day administration, management, and innovation of our CRM system
Monitor and manage data to ensure data integrity which includes editing and correcting inaccuracies as well as providing feedback to users on proper protocols, processes, policies, and procedures
Assist in creating, documenting, and communicating system changes, policy and procedures, and new features
Create, update, and validate reports for data analytics, trade organization rankings, companywide KPI's, executive reporting, and data audits
Aid in assessing system/process changes and training needs to provide solutions, support, and guidance for CRM users
Assist in creating, maintaining, and conducting a formal training program, materials, and virtual/in person sessions for CRM users via a myriad of media types and platforms
Assist Corporate, Regional, and Division Marketing in uploading, creating, and maintaining email contact lists in support of the development, coordination, and execution of marketing and email campaigns
Assist with planning, implementation, customization, execution, and maintenance of various CRM features including workflows, system changes, new features, as well as updating policies, procedures, and processes
Assist in researching, troubleshooting, and resolving: Technical issues with integrations from other systems; errors and unexpected system behaviors from CRM user feedback; help facilitate troubleshooting and resolution with CRM Vendor Support to resolve issues
Work with BTech to support and participate in various integration initiatives including CRM configuration changes and updates, overall system set up, validating and testing ERP configuration changes and updates, assessing impact and changes needed to the CRM, verifying and communicating outcomes
Manage setup of additional Licensed Users and reconciliation of licenses
Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, strategic communications, library science, journalism, or similar degree
2-3 years of database experience
Motivated self-starter
Excellent judgment and works efficiently with minimal oversight
Thinks logically and analytically
Strong attention to the details
Can manage multiple projects and time wisely
Strong written and oral communication skills, especially interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Cosential
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Advanced Excel knowledge a plus
