Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR functions, including employee records, onboarding, and compliance


• Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments


• Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor coordination


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies related to HR and payroll


• Assist in employee relations and provide administrative support to leadership


• Maintain accurate and confidential records for HR and financial transactions

• 
  Experience in HR, payroll, and accounts payable (preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility)


• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR compliance regulations


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism


• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
