Summary/Objective
As a senior member of the Integrated Solutions team, this position collaborates with appropriate departments to create, adapt, improve, and/or professionalize content and solution packages that address customer needs. The Senior Solution Designer will be responsible for the design, productization, implementation, and ongoing management of Hogan's client-facing learning and development programs.
Essential Functions
Centralizing Hogan's solution portfolio by overseeing the standardization and creation of scalable solutions that wrap around new and existing Hogan products and practitioner services (includes technology, surveys and assessments, learning content, product content, service packages, training etc.)
Create and maintain a solution backlog representing all solution requests and demands coming from the business (commercial channels, customers, facilitators, coaches, etc.) and implement an idea management process to enable informed prioritization of projects in the backlog
Representing and communicating the voice of the customer throughout solution design process
Leveraging customer feedback to create enjoyable and impactful user experiences
Advising Learning Technologist, Product Team, and Developers on customer needs and business requirements related to technologies that support solution delivery and administration
Work closely with Global Learning, instructional design, and solution infrastructure to ensure solution deliverables and learning resources meet Hogan brand standards, are accessible, and create a meaningful participant experience
Working cross-functionally to coordinate diverse resources in the design, development, and rollout of solutions, including Sales and Consulting (all channels), Product Development, Data Science, IT, Marketing, etc
Planning and communicating project timelines and release schedules with internal stakeholders
Working with our Client, Distributor, and HCN advisory boards to gather input and insight to inform solution design
Testing prototypes with users, piloting content internally and with clients, and iterating based on feedback
Assisting with sales training and delivery train-the-trainers for various audiences (direct and indirect teams, Hogan Coaching Network, and indirect sales channels as needed)
Producing and delivering thought leadership to support the Hogan Brand

Experience and Education Requirements
Minimum of 5 years industry-related experience—i.e., consulting experience (external or internal) assessment and/or talent management experience; prior assessment industry experience strongly preferred
Master's degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or closely related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience with learning or instructional design, facilitation/training, presenting or public speaking
Minimum of 5 years of deep experience with personality assessments in leadership, team, and top talent development contexts
Industry knowledge of the leadership and team assessment and development markets, along with understanding of factors shaping the competitive landscape
Experience or involvement in Product Development efforts strongly preferred, particularly with competency-based scoring, text-writing, and product launch activities
