Job Title: Executive Assistant

Reports to: Chief Supply Chain Officer

Location: Westlake Village, CA - Hybrid

The Role

The Executive Assistant will enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the CSCO by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and handling extensive travel arrangements. The ideal candidate requires a high degree of adaptability, customer focus, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • 1. Organize and manage all aspects of internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications.

  • 2. Arrange all travel details, such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and handling visas and passport renewals.

  • 3. Handle monthly expense reports, global credit card reconciliation, and offer backup support to other assistants

  • 4. Manage all incoming correspondence, act as liaison between departments to facilitate communication at the executive level.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and deliver in sometimes ambiguous situations

  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive matters in the appropriate way

We'd love to hear from people with


  • College or associate degree preferred.

  • 8+ years' experience of supporting C-level executives

  • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and often conflicting priorities

$80,000 - $85,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Westlake, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
