What you will enjoy doing*


  • In this role you will support the T&M Manager, Site Manager and Project Team for assigned construction site for the following responsibilities

  • You will manage and oversee the Development& update of ConstructionSchedule

  • You will communication & cooperationwith Project Management & AWP Team to advise on roadblocks for developmentof schedule

  • Also, you ensure coordination of schedulesfrom multiple Subcontractors to avoid conflict and ensure smooth interface andor Hand Over in betweenthem

  • Further, you will ensure 6WLA activities containenough unconstrained earnable MHRs to meet forecasted progress

  • Ensure proper level of resourcesare achieved on Site to achieve unconstrained 6WLA KQ's and earnablemanhours

  • You will perform Progress Measurement anddeviation analysis - Planned x EarnedActuals and productivity analysis(Burned x Earned) to support Team on additional measures andmitigations

  • Overseeing & Track ConstructionBudget, providing cost Forecast (EAC & ETC), based on progress &productivity trends along with VOs and PotentialVORs

  • Identify trends and patterns,providing recommendations for improvement of Contractor means andmethods/execution sequence

  • Assign resources for each IWP and enter timesheets (hours &quantities) into tools

  • You will ensure spent and earned hours arebeing accurately allocated (by IWP, by Discipline, by Crew, etc....), as well issue reports for actual progress,productivity, and cost

  • Coordinate removal of primaryconstraints with AWP Team

  • You will evaluate means, methods &optimum construction sequencing for6WLA, as well as evaluate and approve Mobilizationof resources per6WLA

  • Chair 3 Weeks Look Ahead meetingsensuring activities planned are consistent with schedule needs and constraintsareremoved

  • In this role, you will be in charge for material purchase, in case notdirect hired/purchased by Linde and monitor downtime & time ontools for efficient use ofresources

  • Survey field progress to ensurereported quantities areaccurate is part of your role

  • Ensure removal of secondaryconstraints (Work Permit, scaffold, interference)


What makes you great


  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five (5) years experience in a related capacity

  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company

  • Further, you have effective analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective multitasking skills are required

  • Also, you have experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and learn Linde specific databases (i.e., GDMS, ProCorr, SRM, SAP, etc.)
