The Boeing Company is seeking an energetic, experienced and solutions driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) Boeing Global Services (BGS) Human Resources team in Berkeley, MO. The position will provide strategic Human Resources (HR) partnership to the BGS Engineering Function by partnering directly with BGS Engineering HR Director and Vice Presidents as well as partner across BGS and the Enterprise HR. This role combines strategic thinking with operational expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR integration, ensuring that the HR function plays a key role in optimizing talent, performance, and culture to enhance business success.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy integrated initiatives and solutions to advance BGS Engineering organizational objectives for 6,500 employees
Provide advice and counsel to BGS Engineering HR Director and VP/Chief Engineer of BGS Engineering developmental moves and integration
Lead and oversight of key processes including Talent Management
Lead integration of talent management, metrics and analytics, strategy and engagement across the BGS Engineering organization
Manage BGS Engineering People Council, HR standard deck and scorecards, and BGS Engineering Leadership quarterly reviews of engineering leaders
Partner with Center of Excellence and Strategy and Integration lead counterparts to align business specific talent strategy with the enterprise vision and strategy
Collaborate with BGS business HRBP and ET&T Functional HRBPs to support succession planning and talent reviews
Project manage HR elements of organizational efficiency studies/projects

Human Resources certification
3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience in project management across a large team with stakeholders

Summary pay range: $128,350 - $173,650
