Boeing Global Engagement and Training is looking for a Senior Flight Operations Support Specialist - Regulatory Affairs (Technical Editor) to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role will provide support in creation and submission of regulatory required documentation to support out training operation. In addition, will serve as a consultant to management and other industry professionals.
Primary SOW will be authoring, revising, and updating regulatory and campus documentation to maintain compliance. (ATO Certificates and Approved Training Program documents) The editor will coordinate with subject matter experts across various business units.
Position Responsibilities:
Participate in training planning conferences to proactively address regulatory issues and revise applicable documentation
Knowledgeable on Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements for Flight Crew Training
Review Training Curriculum and Courseware
Coordinates ongoing pending document changes, policies, and procedures with regulatory agencies FOR ATO RELATED REGULATORY ISSUES
Interacts with Learning Design as a Subject Matter Expert in the applicable regulatory requirements
Participates on new program Integrated Project Teams as the Regulatory Affairs representative
Experience working collaboratively with internal and external companies and/or business units.
Experience with various editing and authoring software to include MS Office suite and Adobe FrameMaker and Acrobat

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $119,850 - $162,150
