Job Description:

This is a remote position and can be located in Chicago, Louisville or Indianapolis.


As Senior Field Service Lead, you will play an important supporting role with our McDonald's Business Unit (MBU) and National Accounts. You will focus on McDonald's US business with opportunity to expand support to other national accounts based on project and business need. Responsible for restaurant quality and preparation support, product training, and managing supply chain relationships across distribution centers with a focus on customer engagement and problem resolution. You will report to our Director of National Accounts, MBU.


Your Impact:


Quality Assurance & Distribution Support:



  • Be a liaison between distribution centers, warehouses, third-party warehouses and our internal supply chain teams to maintain assured supply and appropriate level of safety stock.

  • Address supply chain issues before they escalate, collaborating with the supply chain and customer operations teams.

  • Conduct in-depth restaurant food preparation reviews to identify process gaps and provide applicable guidance to restaurant managers.

  • Facilitate periodic, category-specific training programs in assigned markets to enhance food quality and preparation standards.

  • Manage and resolve product-related incidents from restaurants and escalate issues for prompt resolution.

  • Build consultative relationships with leadership at distribution centers to support corporate and local distribution plans.

  • Ensure the consistency and supply of products to restaurants by partnering with suppliers and distribution centers.

  • Implement and scale Gold Standard Quality programs to enhance restaurant execution and support Chain Customer Operations.

  • Develop joint scorecards with business partners to track performance and measure plan success.

  • Support System Quality Support (SQS) team.


Project & Business Support:



  • Develop understanding of business processes and requirements while assisting Director of National Accounts in different aspects of the daily business operations which include sales, supply chain and distribution analysis, new item setup, collaboration with teams, coordination with external partners and project management.

  • Coordinate projects to ensure deadlines are met and communication between teams is focused on plants, distribution centers and warehouses.

  • Develop applicable insights and recommendations to improve business operations based on data analysis.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring business alignment and support for critical MBU initiatives.

  • Track and document customer and sales activities in internal systems such as Salesforce and other reporting platforms.

  • Travel up to 50%.


Your Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years' experience in customer-facing roles within the food industry, field service, quality management and supply chain support.

  • Experience in food science or food preparation processes.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to summarize insights to guide decisions and behavior.

  • Experience fostering consensus across teams.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects; work independently and communicate weekly planned activities.

  • Familiarity with customer engagement tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
