Job Description:

Job Summary
This position plans the weight and balance of outbound aircraft to ensure flights are safely loaded and legal to fly.

Responsibilities:
  • Positions containers on outbound flights after they are weighed.
  • Documents and communicates with other operations to ensure safety of flight.


Qualifications:
  • Ability to retrieve information from multiple computer systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week


Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
  • Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
  • Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
  • Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
  • Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.


Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate for an Aircraft Load Planner will have six months to one year experience in a fast-paced office

environment. The candidate will have an understanding of general office procedures. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, assist with basic research, and time management skills.

The Administrative Assistant may be responsible for:
  • General office duties, i.e. answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Preparation of reports using Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing and/or coordinating information for internal use and distribution

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of six-months office support experience is required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Accurate and rapid data entry

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
  • Administrative experience
