Work with an environmental leader focused on delivering advanced solutions for water, wastewater, and infrastructure challenges. This organization leverages technology and expertise to support sustainable water management practices, helping communities manage resources efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Support projects from order processing to final payment.
Ensure orders are processed in compliance with relevant standards.
Generate requisitions, assign project numbers, and coordinate approvals with project managers.
Track order status through proposal, legal review, engineering changes, and shipment.
Communicate with contractors and end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product delivery and service scheduling.
Assist with invoicing for equipment and field services.
Coordinate service trip scheduling and process field site reports with field managers.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Track accounts payable for the local office and submit for project manager approval.
Maintain organized project folders and open proposals on network drives.
Support data managers with creating and closing service work orders.
Assist with pulling permits from local city offices.
Perform data entry and project tracking tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; some college coursework or relevant experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Visio.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain department files, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Independence: Capable of working with minimal supervision.
