Responsibilities

In this entry-level role, you will collaborate with the Executive Assistant, Chief Administrative Officer, and President to deliver analytical insights, project management, and operational support. You will have the opportunity to develop your internal value while acting on a variety of challenges.



  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm (Eastern).

  • Work location: Onsite at the Corporate Office located in Atlanta,

  • Exhibit confidentiality, trust, and diplomacy at all

  • Convey professional appearance and demeanor and work well with

  • Create, manage, and analyze reports from various data reposi

  • Prepare, composes and initiate correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports for the President's office.

  • Organize and prioritize projects and workload to meet

  • Follow up on all items received via email, phone, notes, mail,

  • Maintains appropriate records, files, and

  • Periodically, assist with answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, providing information, or redirecting calls as

  • Engage with both customer and Teammates calls Field customer and team Fflembers calls tifflely.

  • lnterrnediate or Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bl, and

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the service industry is preferred but not required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline is preferred
