Our client specializes in providing innovative solutions for cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power needs to clients nationwide. Our extensive inventory includes a wide range of equipment, such as portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators.
We are currently seeking Service Technicians at all experience levels, from Entry Level to Senior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company by coordinating the delivery, installation, and servicing of rental equipment
Process customer orders from sales or branch management, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business
Install and connect heating equipment to gas or propane sources and set up temporary ductwork
Adhere to safety protocols, including using appropriate PPE and fall protection
Perform equipment start-up, troubleshoot, and complete necessary service repairs
Retrieve and return equipment after rental, ensuring proper reconditioning and storage in the branch warehouse
Higher-level technicians will clean, troubleshoot, and repair large HVAC equipment, including diagnosing refrigerant issues and assisting with installations
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience
High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate preferred for senior technicians
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software is a plus
Must pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
Willingness to undergo a background check
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely
Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and mechanical aptitude
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
