We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to Join our Team
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close process.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations.
Oversee Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
GL Reconciliation on all properties, CAM reconciliations, fixed assets
Analyze financial data, identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures and internal controls. and provide insights to management.
Assist in tax preparation and compliance, including income tax returns and audits. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and assistance
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and or Finance
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Yardi, Sage, or Netsuite a plus
Property management / Construction Industry preferred - Commercial, Residential

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and ERP software
