Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.


• Monitor and report changes in resident health and well-being to the nursing team.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.


• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and their families.


• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.


• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid STNA certification in Ohio.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient attitude.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required.
