The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Owning specific planning, scheduling and procurement processes necessary to support manufacturing within the plant


• Procuring raw materials and inputs required for production


• Working closely with production operations teams to understand production impacts to the schedule and forecasts


• Utilizing Supply Chain tools, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory


• Analyzing material flow data to make procurement, planning and scheduling decisions


• Implementing defined standard work to improve product flow

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

• High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment


• Pursuing or begin APICS certification process upon start of assignment


• Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and word processing skills.


• Self-directed work ethic to perform duties.


• Ability to clearly communicate in oral/written form.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Experience with Microsoft, MS Cloud Apps (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI), SAP, Oracle, and SQL a plus

Work location: Onsite - Brookings, SD (601 22nd Ave S, Brookings, SD 57006)

Travel: May travel up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
