We are seeking a dynamic Lead Product Owner to drive the planning and execution of our go-to-market strategy for digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and manage product features effectively. Responsibilities
Own the backlog of features for digital products impacting customers and associates, creating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan.
Develop and manage a cross-functional execution plan for rolling out new product features across digital channels.
Collaborate with product managers and technology teams to prepare for the release of new features, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market plan.
Partner with key stakeholders to build out a go-to-market plan that includes marketing, corporate communications, training, operations, and customer service.
Drive product objectives with business outcomes, utilizing design thinking, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Communicate desired future states across relevant departments and functional groups.
Craft epics, features, and user stories for enterprise capabilities, working directly with delivery teams to deliver value.
Coordinate and manage resources and activities to maximize impact and overall return on investment.
Analyze customer feedback to identify successes and areas for improvement in the product and customer experience.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years managing digital experiences across web and mobile channels.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with transformation programs and organizing large efforts into achievable deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile SAFe environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Aha, and Azure DevOps.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
