About the Opportunity:
RIT delivers accredited undergraduate and graduate degrees at
partner universities throughout Asia, Europe, South America and the
Middle East, creating unique opportunities for faculty interested

RIT-GDC is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the
business and humanities faculty team at RIT-China. Located in
Shandong, China, in collaboration with Beijing Jiaotong University
(BJTU), RIT-China is committed to delivering a high-quality,
globally-focused education. Through active engagement, scholarship,
and research, we aim to produce graduates who can identify problems
and create solutions.
The responsibilities of full-time non-tenure track positions
involve teaching 8-10 sections per academic year. Part-time
position teaching loads may range from 3-7 sections in an academic
year. Ideal candidates will show a history of working in a
collaborative team environment to cultivate creativity, critical
thinking, and a passion for learning.
Instructional Faculty and Adjunct positions in Management
Information Systems;
Instructional Faculty and Adjunct positions in General Business
- including entrepreneurship, marketing, organizational behavior,
and management;
Instructional Faculty position in English Literature and the
Humanities.
Candidate Qualifications:
The language of instruction at RIT China and all of RIT's Global
Campuses is English. Prospects are required to have a minimum of a
Master's Degree (PhD. strongly preferred) and demonstrate fluency
in the English language. Cultural adaptability and the ability to
work well within a multi-ethnic environment are valued attributes.
