Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Global Sales activities to achieve Top 3 worldwide market position

Annual Market Development plan and 5-year strategic plan developed and implemented to achieve revenue and profit growth

Accurate Global sales plans and forecasts are developed, executed and delivered for all market segments

Global Account Strategies and Account Plannings are developed and executed

Identify and develop core Product positioning and messaging that uniquely differentiates our foundry service within the market and, clearly communicates our offerings' benefits and competitive advantages to customers

Communicate and link key value propositions, differentiators to customer with our ion implantation and disk refurbishment solutions

Surface new ideas, products applications and solutions to Business Units

Attend trade shows, events and promotions

Establish and Maintain Pricing Matrix

Coordinate All Custom Price Quotations

Manage, monitor and process Sales Incentive Plans

Profit/Revenue Performance and Growth

Track and report on key performance indicators, and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for optimizing messaging, go-to-market strategies, lead generation activities, end-to-end customer experience and any additional relevant improvements

Develops short- and long-term forecasts

Collaborate with Strategic and Product Marketing groups to determine Global New Markets and Industrial Market size and share and product opportunities are developed and executed

Competitive Benchmarking is performed to assure accurate knowledge of market size, SWOTS, key competitors and their strategies. Establish and Maintain Competitive Cross Reference List. TAM/SAM and Market Share Tracking

Sales Account Development

Business opportunities within assigned markets are identified & qualified

Prospects effectively developed through the prospect selling cycle

Cross-functional team of sales, engineering & manufacturing is coordinated to deliver high-performance, cost-effective solutions to targeted accounts

Relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts are built & maintained

All RFQs and proposals maximize opportunity to win the business and are delivered on time

Customer issues/needs within the Global Sales Team are effectively championed

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence.

Partner at all levels to drive renewals and upsell opportunities

Sales Revenue/Bookings/Profit Performance and Growth

Bookings & growth targets achieved

Accurate short- & long-term sales forecasts are established

Pricing strategies are developed to maximize market share and profits in both the short and long term.

Critical pricing situations are communicated effectively to other team members/sales managers

GPM on all new and current business is maximized, and targets are achieved at a minimum

Past due accounts are kept to an absolute minimum

Input is provided to long range strategic & marketing plans

CRM is effectively utilized to capture account activities & information

Education & Experience

College degree, BS in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent discipline


  • 15+ years sales experience in semiconductor industry. Foundry service a plus
  • Have previously managed a global sales team of 5+ individuals, for more than 7+ years of leadership, and >$50M annual sales revenue budget
  • Demonstrated key account management and new customer acquisition skills
  • Proven track record of new business opportunity development and negotiation skills
  • Proven skills in strategic planning, global business and market development to drive profitable business growth.
  • Experience with anticipating problems, problem analysis and resolution at the strategic and functional levels.
  • Contract negotiation and commercial legal matters experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerBi or Tableau Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to comprehend (including technical concepts) and communicate at a high level with customers, distributors, and internal Sr. Leadership Teams.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend creative approaches to achieve sales objectives.
  • Ability to analyze & interpret technical documents, government proposals, market reports and business trend analysis
  • Ability to continually stay abreast of critical market/technological developments through internet, literature, conferences and personal network to assess opportunities and risks.
  • Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal priorities.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate
  • Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.

  • Travel expectations: ≥50%
