We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as aSenior Sales Executive based out of ourNew Yorkoffice. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Uphold sales goals and targets while managing a strategic book of business of large, complex accounts focused on growth and penetration.
Strategize account expansion initiatives by conducting thorough research and leveraging a large professional network to proactively generate growth within your area of specialization.
Represent the business for high-risk, high-yield accounts by addressing RFPs, developing sales presentations, and creating formal sales proposals.
Oversee the sales process for complex accounts, ensuring satisfaction throughout all phases while negotiating outcomes that create value for both the account and the business.
Evaluate the book of business to identify opportunities for expansion, leveraging internal contacts and market developments.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts with a focus on sales growth and client satisfaction.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and target specific accounts effectively.
Advanced understanding of client needs and internal service offerings to maximize account value.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $140,700 to $299,600.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
