WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Corporate Sales Administration Manager, you will be in a crucial role that manages all aspects of Corporate Sales Administration on sold John Deere and Allied Products. This includes managing all Corporate Sales Admin final cost accounting, commissions, and reporting, along with working with Pape’ and John Deere IT departments to modernize current processes and procedures.

You will work with the Pape’ Machinery-Construction & Forestry Division Vice President of Sales and Rental, and John Deere Financial, to maintain the administration of all sales incentive programs for John Deere and other Allied Equipment, ensuring that overspending is prevented. You’ll also look to build strong relationships with John Deere Financial and John Deere Channel Management teams, ensuring smooth business operations, dealing with John Deere financial audits, and alignment with corporate goals.

Additionally, your role will be pivotal for providing all Corporate and Branch training in Sales on John Deere and Pape’ Systems. This will require travel to branch locations as needed to provide hands-on training for new John Deere and Pape’ systems implemented. Travel to Deere & Company and other vendors will also be required as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from 4 year college or University; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Background in sales administration, sales operations, or corporate sales management (experience with John Deere or Allied Equipment a plus!).

  • Ability to train, lead, mentor, and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.

  • Strong understanding of sales systems and IT processes, with the ability to drive modernization and improvements.

  • Experience with cost accounting, commissions, and reporting.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ability to visit branch locations and vendor sites as needed.
