Job Description:

A Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The position requires full availability for AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)


• Complete work orders, as needed


• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed


• Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed


• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Union L19 - The hourly rate for this position is $26.70, according to UNITE HERE L19, new hires may earn is $21.36 (80% of rate First 6 months) $24.03 (90% of rate Second 6 months) and after that period of time, rate will increase to CBA rate.
