POSITION TITLE: Senior Specialist - Property Insurance




Position Summary:


The Property Insurance Senior Specialist is responsible for the tracking, maintenance and reconciliation on Single Family Rental properties and the tracking of the Velocity LPI process. This position requires the ability to work in a collaborative/team environment aimed at continuous improvement while always meeting or exceeding expectations.


Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Reports to a Manager or Assistant Manager of the Property Insurance Department.
• Responsible for completing assigned daily activities as it relates to the Single-Family Rental, Real Synergy & Velocity LPI processes.
• Responsible for the tracking, maintaining, and reconcilement in the Real Synergy system.
• Responsible for the
• Maintain, achieve, and strive to exceed productivity goals and SLA's.
• Responsible for adhering to established Policies and procedures.
• Assisting in automation and enhancing the process.
• Contribute to work assigned and ensure the SLA are achieved for those assigned.
• Assist with training staff on the processes within Real Synergy.
• Consistent commitment to maintaining the process and working with management to ensure the process is followed according to client and investor needs.
• Assisting in automation and enhancing the process.
• Perform QC of all assigned tasks to ensure a smooth process to avoid delays.
• Perform timely communication regarding discrepancies found during quality checks, issues, or other matters with management.
• Participates in projects, reports, or assists with other tasks as determined by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, ability to multi-task within a set amount of time and excellent decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Team player and has a positive attitude; approachable.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

The salary range for this position is expected to be $45,000-51,500 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
