Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations. Duties will include, but are not limited to, inventory control, processing orders from customers and coordinating deliveries. The Supply Chain Manager will compile data and prepare reports to be used in decision making.

Essential Job Functions:

Order Management: Process and place non-cannabis order requests while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Communicate with packaging and processing teams when inventory is low or out of stock; know what inventory will be available and ready for sale; update inventory system.

Vendor Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure smooth transactions and efficient issue resolution.

Accounting Support: Update the ledger with receipt dates to ensure accurate financial tracking and reconciliation.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and track cannabis inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.

Maintain and manage finished vault inventory to ensure proper organization and security.

Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy, comparing the packing slip to the invoice/order and ensure all goods are in acceptable condition, accounted for and entered in the inventory system as required.

Compliance & Audits: Assist with monthly, yearly, and random audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Metrc Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to Metrc tracking and reporting.

Order Fulfillment: Update the point-of-sale system to reflect order processing and fulfillment accurately.

Support Functions: Assist Christy with tag management and manifest preparation as needed.

Aging Inventory Management: Track and address any aging inventory concerns to maintain product quality and compliance.

Transportation Oversight: Monitor and address any transportation-related issues affecting inventory or deliveries. Coordinate with the transportation team and receiving pharmacy to guarantee timely delivery of orders including delivery date and verifying customer information.

Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor that align with the role.


Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent

Minimum 3 years' experience working in an Administrative Manager or similar role

Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the State of Missouri

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language


Preferred:

Associate degree in Business Management
