Job Description:

Location: Lebanon, OH

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift for a food manufacturing company in Northern Cincinnati.


Salary-$75k-90k+10% bonus


Relocation is provided to the area.



Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, mentor, and provide guidance to hourly maintenance employees.


• Schedule and counsel team members while fostering a respectful and motivating work environment.


• Communicate effectively with the team, resolving issues promptly and escalating to the Maintenance Manager as necessary.


• Support technicians in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and process control software issues.


• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines and plant equipment.


• Plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion.


• Oversee equipment installations, including alignment, leveling, and utility connections (air, water, gas).


• Manage outside contractors for machinery and equipment repairs.


• Maintain detailed maintenance records, including history logs, parts replacement, and equipment used.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).


• Promote and maintain a safe and positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification (AAS in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred).


• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.


• Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC systems.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Good math skills and attention to detail.


• Organized, dependable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.


• Professional attitude and appearance, with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.


• Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.
