Judge Healthcare is seeking a RN Unit Manager for an opening with one of our top clients in the Randolph, MA area ASAP!
Job Scope
Position - RN Unit Manager
Location - Randolph, MA 02368
Hours - 8:30am- 5:00pm
Type of engagement: PERM
Salary - Starting 85k based on experience
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Nursing Staff Management - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff.
- Clinical Oversight - Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards are met.
- Administrative Duties - Manage unit operations and coordinate daily activities.
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- 3-5 years of long-term care nursing experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
