Location: Rochester, NY

Salary: $180,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a PLANT DIRECTOR - INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING ONLY

• 
  


• Bachelor's degree required, major in Engineering, or technical related degree preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience, ideally in a 100+ person manufacturing plant preferred


• Experience working in a High Mix - Low Volume manufacturing environment is required


• MUST HAVE demonstrated experience in turnaround/strategic growth


• Experience creating and executing a plan to optimize footprint, automate manufacturing, and increase efficiency.
