Location: Pensacola, FL

Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Finance Manager. This is a permanent, direct hire role on site in Pensacola, FL.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial processes
• Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain, reconcile, and review the general ledger
• Establish processes and controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Perform IRR/ROI analysis and maintain the fixed assets register
• Liaise with tax agents
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead and develop Finance staff

Requirements:

• 5 years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong technology skills (Excel, SAP, Hyperion)
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
