Location: Hybrid, Inver Grove Heights, MN (local candidates only)



Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Play a pivotal role in annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting.


• Conduct sophisticated financial analysis to identify trends and propose solutions for margin enhancement and risk mitigation.


• Develop and maintain accurate dashboards, models, and reports to communicate actual results and projected performance.

Variance Analysis and Decision Support:

• Perform variance analysis, comprehending and effectively communicating key drivers of change.


• Provide impactful financial analysis to inform decision-making.


• Collaborate with leadership to develop and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Project Leadership and Relationship Building:

• Independently lead ad-hoc projects.


• Foster collaboration across business departments and functions by establishing relationships at all levels.


• Identify and advocate for process automation and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics.


• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning, and Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of forecasting and planning processes.


• Experience with various financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, Statements of Cash Flow).


• Proficiency in using an ERP system (preferably SAP).


• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources using the Microsoft Suite.
