Description: One of my clients is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong Electrical skills. This leading pork processor dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and maintaining the highest standards in food safety and production.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong electrical background to oversee the maintenance operations at our pork processing plant. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, minimizing downtime, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities:





• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in day-to-day operations.
  
  


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
  
  


• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
  
  


• Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
  
  


• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  
  


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
  



Qualifications:





• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
  
  


• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a pork processing or food manufacturing environment.
  
  


• Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  
  


• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  
  


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
