Location: Sioux City, IA

Salary: $76,000.00 USD Annually - $84,000.00 USD Annually

Description: JDP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a major Food manufacturing company located near Sioux City, Iowa.


Salary is $76k to 84k with a 10% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with other supervisors and the Manager on day-to-day operational activities


• Conducts safety audits and daily safety reviews


• Reviews daily manpower and production requirements and adjusts when needed


• Monitors loading dock policies and procedures


• Conducts order selection audits and letdown accuracy


• Ensures that production has the right amount of shipping materials


• Observes all inventory levels


• Reviews productivity and issues corrective action when needed


• Trains and develops hourly employees

Qualifications:

• Must have distribution experience and management training experience


• Must be an effective communicator in both written and oral form


• Prior leadership experience is a plus


• Must be flexible to work any hours or days (including weekends)


• Ability to work in a warehouse environment


• Might be required to complete skills and ability testing
