The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Representative for a food manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.


Key Responsibilities:


•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.


•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.


•Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.


•Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.


•Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


•Provide excellent customer service and support.


•Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.


•Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.


Qualifications:


•Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.


•Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.


•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
