Location: REMOTE

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

100% remote - can work anywhere in the US.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage Implementation specialists and technical support specialists - 2-3 direct reports.


• Train customers in using software to achieve their goals in an upbeat manner either remotely or on customer premises.


• Develop trusted, ongoing relationships with customers.


• Provide day-to-day first-line software support to customers in a professional and friendly manner.


• Respond to queries either over the phone or via email.


• Ask questions to determine the nature of customer issues, determine whether training or a software fix is required, provide training as needed.


• Utilize a service desk ticketing system to track and execute tickets.


• Proactively find ways for customers to use the application more successfully.


• Understand customer data analysis requirements.


• Investigate and act to resolve requests according to feasibility.


• Follow processes and procedures to resolve outstanding request according to SLA.


• Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.


• Carrying out non-regression & regression tests and supporting QC and QA product improvement efforts.


• Work closely with Dev Ops team.


• Generate tailored reports for internal purposes.


• Knowledge of CDI, DRG HEDIS, and Billing coding a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC or CRC).
  
  


• Risk Adjustment (HCC or Medicare Advantage) experience.
  
  


• CDI and DRG experience
  
  


• 5+ years of professional experience.
  
  


• Must have experience training/leading coders/clients.
  
  


• Capable of listening to customer's needs, understand their unique goals and requirements, and provide solutions. with training and data analysis.
  
  


• Create unique analysis to satisfy customer requirements using advanced Excel skills.
  
  


• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  


• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  
  


• Fast learner
