Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Research Scientist - Lubricants/Grease

• 
  A Strong Science Background - You hold a degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field, and you're passionate about applying your knowledge to real-world challenges.
• 
  10-20 Years of Hands-On Experience in R&D - You bring experience working in a grease, lubricant, or fuel additive lab environment or related lab/production setting.
• 
  Expertise in Grease or Lubricant Chemistry - Whether it's testing, production, or applications, you understand how to optimize lubricants for performance.
• 
  Knowledge of Tribology & Rheology Preferred
• 
  Problem-Solving Pro at Heart - You're a natural critical thinker who loves digging into complex problems and finding creative, practical solutions. Whether it's troubleshooting a product issue or improving a formula, you're the person who gets results.
