Location: Adelphi, MD

Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description:

Seeking a Survey Division Deputy Manager in the Maryland, D.C., and Northern VA area. This person must be familiar with land development, site plans and regulations.


Responsibilities:


Monitor 5 to 6 survey crews on a daily basis
Preparation of surveys for residential, commercial and industrial projects
Prepare Record Plats, easement plats, legal descriptions etc.
Coordinate work with clients, review agencies and attorneys
Perform deed research and prepare field packages
Prepare proposals
Provide quality control
Assist other company departments
Interact with county staff and members of the public


Requirements:
Must be familiar with land development
Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project organization and time management skills


The majority of the work will be in the Silver Spring, MD office with occasional field work as needed
