Senior Financial Analyst at The Judge Group Inc. in Hatfield, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Location: Hatfield (Township), PA

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a permanent, direct hire hybrid role.
Manufacturing/distribution experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting.
  
  


• Support month-end financial close, including journal entries and variance analysis.
  
  


• Develop and maintain KPIs, sales/profit bridges, and Board reports.
  
  


• Prepare and analyze annual plans for departments; assist leadership in execution.
  
  


• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure transaction accuracy.
  
  


• Perform SOX testing to support audit requirements.
  
  


• Create forecasts and analyze trends across various business functions.
  
  


• Build financial models to guide operational decisions.
  
  


• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  
  


• Respond to ad hoc finance requests and projects.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting required; MBA preferred.
  
  


• 3+ years' experience in finance roles.
  
  


• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP/Hyperion preferred.
  
  


• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
