Description: HEDIS Service Associate II



This job will have the following responsibilities:

* General HEDIS experience highly preferred, excel, outlook and customer service.
* Candidates can be located anywhere but must adhere to training hours (EST)* Candidates must be flexible in hours. * Hours: 8am-4:30 pm * Responsible for providing administrative and telephonic support for department working on a data collection project in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines within the project.* Working at a fast pace this candidate must communicate directly with provider offices in pursuit process by requesting medical record information and coordinating the exchange of files. *Must be able to maintain fax equipment and support the Level I Service Associate and team by performing all the required clerical activities within the project requirements. * An understanding of the Medical record filing system within the department is required. * A high degree of professional telephonic dialog is maintained at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Requires High School diploma and 6 months related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Candidates who have familiarity with medical terminology, customer service, call center background and prior HEDIS experience would have priority for this position.


• Candidates must have basic Excel skills and must have the ability to type 30-40 WPM.
