The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in many counties of New York:




Bronx, Columbia, Erie, Essex, Greene, Jefferson, Kings, Lewis, Monroe, New York, Niagara, Onondaga, Oswego, Queens, St. Lawrence, Steuben, or many others...




with one of the biggest healthcare providers in the country!



Schedule: Extremely flexible. Select your own days and hours. Visits can be scheduled whenever you are available Mon-Sun, 8 am to 8 pm.


Overview:


A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete yearly visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or other general follow up assessments. Each visit ranges from about 60-90 minutes.


Requirements:
- six months of NP experience
- Active NP license in the state of NY
