The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to work in ANY COUNTIES in the state of Oregon, with one of the biggest healthcare providers in the country!




Pay rates: Highly competitive



Schedule: Extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time depending on your need. (Visits can be scheduled whenever you want Mon-Sun).



Type: ONGOING need



Overview:


A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete yearly visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or other general follow up assessments. Each visit ranges from about 60-90 minutes.



Requirements:



-One year of clinical experience as an NP is required.


-Active license in the state or Oregon


-Candidates must be vaccinated.
