Our client is a global chemical company. They are looking for a Engineering Manager to add to their team in the Austin, MN area.
Engineering Manager/Program Manager/Chemical Engineer/Manager/Maintenance/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/Green Belt/Black Belt/Continuous Improvement/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/Operations/Production/EngineeringAs the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Be a part of capital and maintenance projects
- Manage, lead, and mentor the Engineering group
Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000

- BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
- 4+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
- Previous experience managing capital projects
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
