Judge Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for an opening with one of our top clients in the Sun City West, AZ Area!




Position Details:




Title: Doctor of Physical Therapy



Location: Sun City West and Litchfield Park, AZ



Type of Engagement: Contract 13 weeks



Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Exp



Hours: 30-40 hours a week



Specific Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.


• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.


• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.


• Valid PT license in the state of Arizona.


• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• Flexibility to float between La Loma in Litchfield Park and Grandview in Sun City West.


• Availability to start on 02-05-2024.
