Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Buyer (Ariba P2P)
This role will be hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA



Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure approved requests are converted into purchase orders.
  
  


• Assist clients with purchase order-related queries.
  
  


• Set up suppliers in Ariba and Fieldglass and ensure systems interoperability between the two platforms.
  
  


• Review and process purchase requisitions, ensure correct data entry and guide internal clients through the purchase request process.
  
  


• Use the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and communicate on procurement requests within a 72-hour SLA response time.
  
  


• Provide support to suppliers in invoice submission processes and assist with any issues they encounter.
  
  

Requirements:

    Ariba: Procure-to-Pay expertise.

    Fieldglass: Proficient in procurement and invoicing modules.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    SAP: ERP system experience.

    Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    SOW & Catalogs.
    
    
  
  
  
  


•

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing within Fieldglass and Ariba (or similar systems).
  
  


• Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process:
  
  
  
  
  • Identifying needs.
    
    
  
  
  • Sourcing suppliers.
    
    
  
  
  • Negotiating contracts.
    
    
  
  
  • Placing orders.
    
    
  
  
  • Receiving goods and services.
    
    
  
  
  • Processing invoices and payments.
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams including sourcing, global finance, and real estate.
