Description: Our client is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work fully on-site our of Weston, FL on W2.



About the Role Administers and oversees the organization's warehouses, ensuring smooth operations in the processing, packaging, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment. This role supports efficient warehouse management while maintaining quality and compliance standards.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate warehouse functions, including scheduling, space utilization, and inventory flow.
  
  


• Coordinate shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize warehouse capacity.
  
  


• Oversee the effectiveness of operating procedures and ensure facilities and equipment are maintained and protected.
  
  


• Coordinate product movement with Stryker warehouses and all 3PL (third-party logistics) partners.
  
  


• Conduct ad hoc system investigations and reporting as necessary.
  
  


• Handle all shipping documentation, including shipment authorization creation, packing slip verification, and coordination with 3PL partners for freight and customs paperwork.
  
  


• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  
  


• Maintain quality standards, ensure audit compliance, and handle record-keeping for all logistics activities.
  
  


• Foster seamless collaboration and communication with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  
  


• Manage additional projects and responsibilities as required.
  
  

Special Functions This role will also support logistics operations while team members are testing the SAP platform.
