Location: Boulder, CO

Salary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Software Engineer at all levels. US Citizens only and active Top Secret clearance required to start. This is hybrid role 2 days on site and 2 days remote. No 3rd parties or C2C will be accepted.



Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software within the NextGen OPIR Ground Solution. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met.


Candidate will be experienced in C++, Qt framework (GUI), pub/sub messaging, PostgreSQL, Linux environments, Ansible Scripting, Agile Methodologies and the full software development cycle. Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline, distributed systems, machine learning and multi-threaded applications is a plus. Proficient in Java.
