Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing: Handle complex and large-scale datasets.
• Insight Extraction: Extract insights from data, track trends, and optimize business metrics.
• Dashboard Building: Create interactive dashboards and compelling data visualizations to support key performance initiatives.
• Alert Mechanisms: Develop alerting mechanisms for behavioral insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, business, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Experiment Design: Design and execute experiments to enhance product adoption and renewals.
• Product Operations: Own and improve product operations.

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to business teams and explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Business Acumen: Connect business needs with data science theories and methodologies to derive fit-for-purpose approaches.
• Technical Expertise: At least 4 years of experience with Mixpanel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Looker, or other data analytics and reporting tools.
• Analytical Techniques: Experience with experimentation techniques and analytical methods like cluster analysis and cohort analysis.
• Data Analysis: Proven ability to develop, optimize, and enhance analyses using large datasets.
• Innovative Thinking: Inquisitive and innovative mindset, always looking for improvement opportunities.
• Quality Standards: High standards and a passion for quality in all work.
• Resilience: Courage to fail fast and learn from mistakes.
